Map the stages
Start with the amount leaving the original account. Compare it with the balance credited, and later with the amount actually received on withdrawal. Use the same currency and account for the comparison where possible.
Separate fixed and percentage charges
A fictional $2 fee on a $20 transfer is 10%, while the same fee on $200 is 1%. A percentage charge scales differently. Record both the amount and basis rather than labelling every method cheap or expensive.
Avoid unsupported rankings
A cashier screenshot for one country or currency does not establish worldwide pricing. Current fees need a dated policy and an applicable account context. If only a generic logo list is visible, the fee remains unconfirmed.
