Capture the applicable version

Keep the URL, locale, effective date and time of the check. A PDF linked from a help article may be older than the live contract. If the documents disagree, record the conflict instead of choosing the more generous figure.

Check the money rules

Look for deposit turnover, identity requirements, payment ownership, withdrawal windows, fees and account-closure provisions. A bonus can add a second set of restrictions, including game contribution and a maximum stake.

Record an unanswered question

Use a precise question such as “Does the thirty-day cap roll continuously?” rather than “Are withdrawals fast?” Keep the written response with the relevant rule. A support answer may clarify wording, but it should not be silently substituted for the contract.
